Thanks to your local smokers, Oklahoma's tobacco tax helps fund this subsidized insurance program. There are a variety of ways to qualify. The premiums are affordable and the copays are a bargain: $10 office visit, $5/$10 Pharmacy, $30 ER Visit & $50 hospital inpatient stay.

I have had several of my regular health department clients enroll, most who had retired, not yet eligible for medicare & couldn't afford an individual policy. They sing their praises about the program. Most of their premiums are between $30-$75 a month.
