Voter Anxiety

I've already began to get a little bit nervous about having to vote. Since my first voting experience was traumatic for me who knows what to expect come November.

I have been trying to do some additional research about the candidates. Trying to formulate an educated opinion from television commercials just wasn't working for me.

Since I wasn't even really sure who was running for what, I headed to the old reliable internet. I found a great resource. I googled Tulsa County Election Board. There I found a sample ballot for my precint and other helpful information.

I also came across the Project Vote Smart website. On here you can find unbiased information regarding your candidates including financial information such as who is funding their campaign (candidates will remember donors' interests when in office) and candidates voting records, also very good information.

So if you are an inexperienced voter such as I, hopefully these websites will prove helpful.

If you have any others resources or helpful hints on educated voting practices, please feel free to share!
