Flu may seem to be waning, but I promise you this is just the calm before the storm. H1N1 flu is definately on the decrease - largely in part due to the huge vaccination efforts by yes, your government. Oops sorry that's another post! :)
Seasonal flu typically peaks in February and must I remind you H1N1 flu began it's sweep in the spring. This is a perfect time to still get your H1N1 & seasonal flu vaccines. The lines are short and there is plenty of vaccine. Come January or February - you will be in the same position as the desperate parents furiously looking for a zhu zhu pet this week.
Make it easy on yourself - take advantage of the kids being out of school - visit your local health department and get everyone vaccinated. It will be the best gift you can give this holiday season... Good Health.
