Tomorrow is the BIG day. My mom and her boyfriend of 7 months are getting hitched. I've been in lots of weddings, but this is a whole new arena for me. Although it's only been about 8 weeks since their engagement, the bride and groom are quite confident in publicly expressing their affection and commitment to one another.
I have accelerated my need for adjustment, am biting the bullet, and will stand by their side as they declare their love for one another. I love my mom tremendously and will forever be by her side. My faith is now in God and his desires for marriage as I step down the aisle and stand witness to their vows. I'm praying for peace and a joyful heart to make this day a special memory for them.
