Tulsa Police Child Crisis detectives arrest a man in the death of a toddler.
Tulsa Police Officer Jason Willingham tells The News On 6 that 35-year-old Larry Neeley was arrested on a first degree murder complaint in the death of 20-month-old Jason Hall.
Hall reportedly died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen.

A toddler died Tuesday morning, and investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the death of 20-month-old, Jason Joseph Hall.
Hall was found unresponsive in the 6300 Block of East 26th Place, North.Police are calling toddler's death suspicious.
According to neighbors, hall was left with his mom's boyfriend this morning.
Neighbors also say hall appeared to be fine when his mother left.
Cops showed up at the family's house about 15 minutes later.
Police say paramedics performed cpr on the toddler, and moments later he was taken to St. Frances Hospital.
He was later pronounced dead.
Neighbors say they were not aware of any health problems with hall. which is why his death is such a surprise.
It does not make sense at all,” said neighbor, Jennifer Sanders. “None at all. a baby laying lifeless, nothing. No color to him. It hit too close to home."
Police say this investigation will continue.
The medical examiner's report will determine the cause of death.
Police are not saying when that report will be ready.
