Pathways to Health

Friends - This is a fabulous vector to get involved in your community and see great change take place! Since I work at the Sand Springs Clinic, I have to head up the west Tulsa division. I would love to see some of you in the East Tulsa - Broken Arrow groups. What a great way to find out the needs of our community, to help direct funded change and also get a better idea of ministry needs of those around us~ questions call or msg me!

Pathways to Health

Are you ready to make your neighborhood a healthier place to live? Do you want to have a say in the kinds of programs and services offered to you and your family? Pathways to Health will help improve the quality of life for each resident of Tulsa county by encouraging and building partnerships and developing public health advocates in every neighborhood.

Over the next 12 months we will work with neighborhoods throughout Tulsa County to identify regional Strengths and Themes and Forces of Change to identify issues affecting health outcomes. These efforts will help determine the types of services THD and our partners need to provide to create a county full of healthy, active individuals. After all, healthy choices make healthy people and that is what Tulsa county needs to become one of the healthiest communities!

As we gather information and learn from residents we will update the website, please take a look at the
Tulsa County Map to see which region you are living in!
